Using our platform
Familiar is currently in a pre-launch phase. By registering your interest or creating a profile, you acknowledge that:
- The platform is not yet fully live and features may change before launch
- Founding membership benefits are offered in good faith and are subject to final platform terms upon launch
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time
Your account and profile
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including details about your family members. You must ensure that any personal data you share about other individuals — including children — is done with appropriate consent. You agree not to use Familiar for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
Intellectual property
All content on the Familiar platform — including our brand, design, copy, and technology — is owned by or licensed to Familiar Travel Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written permission.
Hotel bookings and recommendations
Familiar provides hotel matching and recommendations based on the information you share. While we take care in curating our collection, we do not guarantee that any particular hotel will meet your expectations. Booking terms and conditions are subject to the policies of individual hotel partners.
Familiar does not mark up hotel rates. Any price discrepancy between what you see on Familiar and what a hotel charges directly should be reported to us at hello@familiar-travel.com.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Familiar Travel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any hotel stay booked through us. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Familiar in the preceding 12 months.

Our platform may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies independently.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes where possible.
